I agree with you Jo Anna, thank you for taking the moment to comment, it is encouraging to know that others are remembering their Flame. This is one of those articles that when revisited one can feel the rigidity of ones existing structure soften and expand. Much of my Flame remembrance that has occurred over the course of my life that was true Flame, I attempted to apply in the external/mimic and while there were seemingly beneficial shifts at the time, I now see that I gave the mimic the very blueprint to use against me. Tightening the loops of expression and emotion, bodily reactions not matching the environmental situation, stealing my breath…this work has made those pathways redundant and Flame restoration is inevitable.
